• I specialize in environmental resiliency planning and climate adaptation, with a specific focus on extreme heat mitigation.

In my research, I employ both quantitative and qualitative methods, including microclimate modeling, machine learning, statistical analysis, and policy content analysis, to explore the linkage between urban canopy characteristics, social and physical vulnerabilities, and environmental health impacts.

I am interested in these topics to help communities enhance their resilience against natural hazards and the impacts of climate change.
