Biography

Robert Waller teaches Writing for Visual and Performing Artists at the University of Southern California. His Special Topics course aims to help students articulate their own aesthetics and through this process expand their understanding both of writing and the meanings and purposes driving their work. Professor Waller is also the lead singer and co-songwriter for the critically-acclaimed roots band “I See Hawks in L.A.” He lives in Los Angeles with his wife, two daughters and son.
