Amie Rapaport
Biography
Amie Rapaport is a Research Scientist at the University of Southern California’s Center for Economic and Social Research and Co-Director of the Center for Applied Research in Education. Her work focuses on K–12 education policy, student wellbeing, chronic absenteeism, project-based learning, and public opinion about education, drawing heavily on nationally representative survey infrastructure including the Understanding America Study. She has extensive experience leading large-scale evaluations and mixed-methods studies for federal agencies, foundations, state education agencies, and school districts, with a particular emphasis on rigorous causal designs and policy-relevant dissemination.
