Designed to be accessible to people who are students or who currently work part or full-time jobs, as well as people whose work is in caring for family, the Yoga and the Healing Sciences Teacher Training Program is being held from January 11 – May 4, 2025 and is segmented into 11 live in-person weekends at USC on campus in “The Fishbowl” and 7 live Wednesday sessions on Zoom.
The meeting times for the live in-person weekend sessions will be from 9 AM – 6 PM on both Saturdays and Sundays on the following dates:
January 11-12, January 18-19, February 1-February 2, February 8-9, February 22-23, March 1-2, March 22-23, April 5-6, April 12-13, April 26-27, May 3-4
The meeting times for the live Wednesday sessions on Zoom will be from 6 PM – 9 PM on the following dates and a Zoom link will be provided:
January 15, January 29, February 19, March 5, March 19, April 2, April 23
All in all, the program is 219 total hours and participants are allowed to miss one full weekend of the program and still graduate without doing any make-up work or additional assignments.
