Please submit your target proposal using the link below.
The proposals will be evaluated quarterly by the Target Selection Committee, comprising members of PHAST-DDC and invited medical experts, based on the provided evidence for (i) existing target validation, (ii) structural information and draggability (iii) availability of in vitro and/or in vivo assays, and (iv) commercial feasibility.
The selected targets will be screened in silico, and about 100-200 predicted hit candidates synthesized via CRO (Enamine, Wuxi etc), and delivered to the target “owner” for testing.
