ABOUT

Readers’ Circle

Free editing and feedback services for creators in custody provided by USC students, faculty and alum.

What is USC PEP’s Readers’ Circle?

The Readers’ Circle is a volunteer network that offers free typing, editing and feedback services to writers in custody – anywhere in the United States! Whether they are a beginner looking to develop their writing skills or have already finished their masterpiece and just want to have it checked over, we would love to hear from the writer in your life.

To submit work on behalf of a writer in custody, simply fill out the form below with their preferences and send us their short stories, poems, plays etc. for processing. Authors can also send us their writing by post (address below) or their facility’s electronic mailing system. Just to be on the safe side, we recommend keeping a personal copy of everything sent to us.

Not ready to submit a piece just yet? Click below to print a copy of our writer flyer and send it to the author in your life.
