Gift
“I’ve always been interested in how civilization is built through transgenerational passing. History is behind us, and the future has yet to come, and by carrying what we learn from the former and hoping toward the latter, the present becomes a gift. The flower in the middle represents this blossoming life, like the bow of a gift, waiting for us to finally recognize the happiness found in the present.”
Jasmine Liu is a freshman majoring in Art History.
