Sifan Alison Wu is a Chinese director, editor, and sound designer. She moved from Nanjing to Los Angeles in 2023 to attend USC’s Film Production MFA program. She enjoys exploring the topics of mother-daughter relationships, womanhood, hospice care for elders, and queerness through an analytical film lens. She aims to make and help develop more foreign language films that shed light on authentic Asian experiences.
