All undergraduate D-clearance requests for SWMS courses must be submitted through the Gender and Sexuality Studies Department’s official D-clearance request form. Requests sent by email will not be processed.

Important reminders for students:
• Submission of the form does not guarantee enrollment
• Requests must be submitted prior to the University add/drop deadline
• If faculty approval is required (e.g., Directed Research), written approval must be attached to the form
• Incomplete requests will not be processed
Processing time is typically 3–4 business days.
