Dr. Moh Y. El-Naggar has been named Interim Dean of the USC Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences.

Undergraduate Chloe Seo got the Interdisciplinary Award in the Undergraduate Symposium for Scholarly & Creative Work.

Postdoc Tingting Yang and Postdoc Fengjie Zhao received a seed grant from the USC Dornsife Center for Synthetic Living Systems. This will help to develop synthetic biology tools to answer fundamental questions about the design principles of bioenergetics in cable bacteria.
