
Outstanding 3Y Paper Award
The Department of Economics and the Empirical Research Paper Committee is thrilled to award Paul Delatte with the Outstanding 3Y Paper Award in recognition of his talent, fortitude, and potential.
Paul is a 4Y PhD in Economics student whose research focuses on Statistical Theory, Causal Inference, and Robust Econometrics. Paul’s paper, Average Density: Weak Limits and Inference in Non-regular Semi-parametric Problems, explores the problem of estimating the average of an unknown density function with elegance, organization, and attention to detail.
Paul will receive $6,000 in funding for Summer 2025 to continue supporting his research and contributions.
