Washington DC apartments
These luxury Washington DC apartments are fully furnished and outfitted with almost everything you will need, including television with cable, wireless Internet, dishes, linens, a coffee maker, and cooking and eating utensils.
All utilities are paid for while in our housing. Students have access to the gym, business center, and rooftop lounge area. There is controlled, secure access and a 24-hour concierge. The concierge can print documents, accept and mail packages, and more at your housing assignment
Students pay approximately $6,400 per semester. The cost of apartments housing is charged to their USC account (financial aid and scholarships will apply).
Inside your apartment
Most students live in double bedrooms in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. There are a few single bedrooms available as per student request. The living and dining areas are shared.
Students use their dining room table, the conference room, rooftop, or nearby libraries and cafes as study spots. Unlike in USC housing, there are no desks in the bedrooms.
Students must live in our provided housing unless they intend on staying with family in the area.
