Ted Wint
Ted Wint is a proud graduate of USC Dornsife ’20 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations (Global Business). He spent undergraduate years writing for the Daily Trojan, rowing with the USC Men’s Crew, and promoting civic dialogue on-campus with the Unruh Associates. Ted Wint was born in Rangoon, Burma, and grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area.
At Gold House Ventures in San Francisco—the definitive early stage fund in North America built to back Asian Pacific-led startups—he leads platform initiatives that support the fund’s portfolio of founders and amplify GHV’s cultural and strategic impact. As the venture arm of Gold House, GHV invests in and champions Asian Pacific founders shaping the future of culture and commerce.
Previously, he was a founding member and operations lead at CloudRetail (a CloudKitchens company), where he launched and scaled a rapidly growing global urban fulfillment network that unlocked new markets for consumer brands across the U.S. and Canada. Before that, he led an operations and strategy team at Winc, a modern winery with a direct connection to the consumer, and before that, he managed operations at Tapcheck Inc., an early-stage FinTech startup.
He’s passionate about the intersection of venture, brand strategy, and the future of consumer. Deeply curious about what drives community, culture, and commerce—especially energized by luxury retail, bold storytelling, and mission-driven founders. Ted is active on the board of the USC Dornsife Alumni Advisory Council, serves as a SF Global Shaper for the World Economic Forum, and continues his life-long passion for rowing as a member of the USC Men’s Crew Advisory Board.
