Dorothy Chang ’15
Dorothy Chang is an Operations Strategist whose practice explores the intersections of design thinking, change management, and social justice. She helps teams and individuals build the performance capacity and structural conditions they need to be their most leaderful selves—in the workplace and beyond.
Dorothy has spent over a decade designing participatory strategies, operating systems, and employee-led programs across a variety of sectors. Her work has been featured by Philanthropy News Digest and the National Association of Asian American Professionals, and her partners include companies like Amazon, Meta, Stanford University, and the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative.
Dorothy is proud to be a double Trojan, having worked on staff at the USC Rossier School of Education and graduated from the USC Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences with a degree in Sociology. During her time as a USC student, Dorothy was a QuestBridge Scholar and Grace Ford Salvatori Scholar.
