Owen Han is a culinary content creator, cookbook author and digital producer known for turning sandwiches into a viral art form. His high-energy cooking videos have drawn millions of followers across TikTok and Instagram, where he pairs diverse flavors with a sharp visual style. What began as inventive sandwich tutorials has expanded into a food platform that spans long-form cooking videos and travel-inspired dishes.
In 2025, Han released his debut cookbook, Stacked: The Art of the Perfect Sandwich, featuring original recipes alongside essays on sandwich culture, technique and his culinary story. Stacked reflects Han’s Italian and Chinese American heritage, shaped in part by summers spent cooking in his grandmother’s kitchen in a tiny Italian village. Born in Italy and raised in Florida, Han is fluent in Italian and often draws on those early influences in his recipes.
Han credits relationships built at USC with helping launch his career. After graduation, his roommate and USC Marshall School of Business alumnus Hwoo Lee ’19 encouraged Han to turn his hobby into a profession. “Honestly, if it weren’t for Lee, whom I met at USC, I probably wouldn’t be doing what I’m doing now,” says Han.
