Course fees and registration deadlines

The all-inclusive fee for on-site participation covers all of the following during the period of May 21-27:

  • registration
  • lodging
  • meals
  • coffee breaks, refreshments, fruit and sandwiches
  • transportation between airports and Erice
  • conference banquet
  • excursion
  • materials

The fee will be payable by bank transfer, by PayPal transfer, or by a credit card upon notification of acceptance to the School.  Payment information will be emailed to the registered participants.

> All expenses connected with the transfer must be paid by the workshop participant

For each accompanying person, the fee is 150 Euros per day.
The participant fee is fixed and independent of the number of days spent at the School, whereas the accompanying persons are charged on a daily basis.

Registration forms, abstract submission, and deadlines

Please fill out the Registration Form and e-mail it to deamn@mail.com at your earliest convenience, and no later than April 20, 2025.

If you would like to present a poster, please submit a 1-page abstract in PDF format to  deamn@mail.com also no later than the deadline of April 20, 2025.
Please use Abstract Template.  Submissions by young researchers are highly encouraged.

A limited number of posters will be selected for a “hot topic” oral presentation.  Deadline for submitting an abstract with a request for consideration is March 20, 2025.

Do not forget also the Travel Form,  the deadline for receipt is May 3, 2025.   Without information from this form, the Centre will not be able to provide you with transportation!

Deadline for cancellation refund requests: May 1, 2025

 

Student and postdoc support

A partial reduction of the early-registration fee may be available for graduate students and postdoctoral researchers who have a poster accepted for presentation at the workshop.  Requests will be considered on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
