The Agilent SureCyler PCR machine provides complete package of features and functionality for PCR DNA amplification. It can run even the most complex thermal cycling techniques including time and temperature increments, touchdown PCR, and temperature gradients. This instrument has 12 temperature gradient functionality. It offers both fast cycling (6°C/sec ramp) and large volumes capacity (10-100µL). There is a flexibility for using 96-well and 384-well interchangeable blocks with opportunity of remote access to stop, start, program, and monitor experiments from most web enabled device.
