It scans the entire wavelength range from 190 to 1100 nm in under three seconds with max scan rate of 2400 nm/min and collects data from single to multiple wavelengths at 80 data points per second. Its highly focused beam makes it perfect for measuring small volumes accurately and reproducibly. The photometric range up to 4 Abs allows the analysis of highly turbid solutions and wide range of concentration without need to the sample dilution. Xenon pulse lamp source eliminates photobleaching and allows collecting the data over the complete UV-Vis range. Cary 60 with unique optical design has room light immunity. This system is coupled with Peltier water bath allows for UV absorbance measurement at various temperatures.
