The AriaMX Real-time PCR which combines a novel thermal cycler, an advanced optical system with LED excitation source, and comprehensive data analysis software is a fully integrated qPCR solution for amplification, detection, and data analysis. The AriaMX can be used with many fluorescence detection chemistries, including SYBR Green and EvaGreen dyes, and fluorogenic probe systems such as TaqMan. The instrument can hold up to six optical cartridges, and the scanning optics design delivers optimal separation between the dyes and between samples.
