The Agilent 4200 TapeStation system is an automated electrophoresis tool for DNA and RNA sample quality control. Its fully automated sample processing enables the unattended analysis of size, concentration and integrity. Ready-to-use ScreenTape technology enables easy switching between DNA and RNA assays. Any sample number between 1 to 96 can be analyzed as quick as 1-2 minutes per sample. Sample can be provided in either 16-tube strips or 96-well microtiter plates. This system just needs low sample, 1-2 μL, even for high sensitivity analysis. Due to highly accurate and precise analytical evaluation, this system fit perfectly into next-generation sequencing (NGS) or biobank workflows for low to high sample throughput.
