USC will be switching from Blackboard to the Brightspace LMS this summer. Blackboard will go dark on June 28th. The below resources are meant to help as you start using the new learning management system.
Announcements• Phased Migration: courses will open in Brightspace in phases. Below are the estimated dates for when you will begin to see courses on your Brightspace page. January 16 – Access and sandbox course
• Brightspace Engineers in Blackboard: During the transition period, there will be Brightspace engineers added to your Blackboard sites as students/instructors. This access is necessary to ensure the successful migration of material from individual courses to Brightspace.
