Moheng Ma
Profile
Moheng Ma earned his master’s degree in Regional Science from Cornell University and a master’s degree in Urban Planning from Columbia University, where his work bridged urban policy, geospatial data analysis, and human well-being.
He previously served as a research assistant at Tsinghua University, where he studied the nonlinear relationships between the built environment, socioeconomic factors, and cardiovascular disease.
In the Population, Health, and Place program, Moheng plans to employ a variety of research methodologies to examine the complex relationships among population and environmental factors, human behavior, and chronic diseases. He aims to investigate the mechanisms through which environmental factors influence cardiovascular disease and other chronic health conditions
