Tarra Kohli

Tarra Kohli is the Associate Director for CESR East. She is also a research analyst and has over ten years of international development evaluation experience as both a project manager for evaluations and as a research analyst. Prior to working for the Center for Economic and Social Research, she worked at the World Bank for the Quality Assurance Group where she analyzed statistical data on the Bank-wide portfolio in order to assess network, sector, and region performance for various institutional reviews. While at the Bank, she facilitated knowledge management and information dissemination through content management and creation of information architecture for the South Asia Agriculture and Rural Development Unit. As an analyst, she has worked on evaluations of programs at Norad, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs for Finland, Sida, ILO, and the Open Government Partnership.

She has a Masters from Georgetown University and is currently completing her Doctorate in Liberal Studies.
