Biography
Heather Pickerell is an Adjunct Lecturer with the USC Dornsife Department of Political Science and International Relations, where she teaches a class in civil rights, political rights, and civil liberties. She serves as a Deputy Federal Public Defender in the Capital Habeas Unit of the Federal Public Defender, Central District of California.
