Songes de l’été passé

ByYannis Faidherbe

“I wanted to capture the emotion of the different places photographed as if our lives were a movie and we happened remember some of its frames.

These pictures were captured on 35mm black and white negative film with a still-photography camera featuring an atypical image format resembling the wide cinemascope aspect ratio of motion pictures. These images were shot In Belgium and Cyprus in the summer of 2018.”
