Richard Flores
Richard S. Flores is a Managing Director and CBG Regional Manager with the Real Estate Industries Division at Bank of the West. In this capacity, he oversees a team responsible for relationship management and business development activities for commercial real estate clients and prospects in Southern California. He is a graduate of the USC Dornsife College of Letters Arts & Sciences and the Marshall School of Business.
He has served as a member and President of the board of directors for PVJOBs, a non-profit dedicated to helping place veterans, at-risk youth and previously incarcerated individuals in career track employment in the construction industry. He presently serves as a member of the USC Alumni Association Board of Governors; the Board of Councilors for the USC Dana & David Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences; the Athletics Board of Councilors. Richard also volunteers as a mentor at for Society 53 and the Dornsife Gateway Mentors. He is a member of the USC Associates and the Trojan Athletic Fund.
