Jill Burke

Jill Burke is a proud double Trojan with a B.S. in Economics from USC Dornsife (’19) and a M.S. in Journalism from USC Annenberg (’21). As an undergrad, Jill was the President of the USC Women’s Club Lacrosse team, a beat writer and columnist for the Daily Trojan, a member of the Alpha Delta Pi sorority, and studied abroad in the Netherlands. In grad school, she served as the sports editor for Annenberg Media.

Jill has a background in writing, PR, and sales and is looking to transition to a career in university and corporate events.

Aside from the Dornsife Alumni Advisory Council, Jill serves on the Marketing Committee of the USC Young Alumni Council, the Social & Special Events committee of the Junior League of Los Angeles, volunteers regularly at the Bob Hope USO, and founded a small event planning business that specializes in beach picnics.

Originally from New Jersey, Jill tries to be as bicoastal as her schedule allows, getting home to the East Coast often. She enjoys swimming, sailing, paddle tennis, and horseback riding.
