Registration and Fees

Course fees and registration deadlines

The all-inclusive fee for on-site participation covers all of the following during the period of August 25-31:

• registration
• lodging
• meals
• coffee breaks, refreshments, fruit and sandwiches
• transportation between airports and Erice
• conference banquet
• excursion
• materials

The online fee covers internet access to the talks and participation in their Q&A for the whole period.

The fee will be payable by bank transfer upon notification of acceptance to the School. Bank information will be emailed to registered participants.
> Please make sure to state your name on the transfer.
> All expenses connected with the transfer must be paid by the workshop participant.

For each accompanying person, the fee is 120 Euros per day.
The participant fee is fixed and independent of the number of days spent at the School, whereas the accompanying persons are charged on a daily basis.

Registration forms, abstract submission, and deadlines

Please fill out the Registration Form and e-mail it to deamn22@mail.com at your earliest convenience.  For on-site participants the registration deadline is August 1, 2022. Online participants should register before August 15.

If you would like to present a poster, please submit a 1-page abstract in PDF format to  deamn22@mail.com also no later than the deadline of August 1, 2022. Submissions by young researchers are highly encouraged.  Please use the Abstract Template.

A limited number of posters will be selected for a “hot topic” oral presentation.  Deadline for submitting an abstract with a request for consideration is July 1, 2022.

For on-site participants:  do not forget also the Travel Form, the deadline for receipt is August 7, 2022.  Without information from this form, the Centre will not be able to provide you with transportation!
