- Baculovirus generation and titer
Baculovirus expression is done with Sf9 suspension cells.
Log phase cells are infected with titered baculovirus.
After incubation, protein expression levels are measured with labeled FLAG antibody using Guava® easyCyte Flow Cytometers. Through this GPCR specific assay, we can differentiate expression level on both the cell membrane and inside of cells.
- Transfection with purified DNA
- Small Scale expression: 30 ml, 200 ml
- Large scale expression: 1L, 2L, 3L
Mammalian expression is typically done using suspension HEK 293F cells, HEK 293Expi.
Log phase cells are transfected with a CMV based expression plasmid.
After incubation, protein expression levels are measured with labeled antibody using Guava® easyCyte Flow Cytometers. Through this GPCR specific assay, we can differentiate expression level on both the cell membrane and inside of cells.
