Participate in a research study:

We are currently recruiting parents of children who have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in the past 12 months. You must also reside in the state of California and have reliable access to internet to participate.  We are recruiting parents to participate in our group starting in January 2024. We will  have groups starting throughout 2024 so enrollment is rolling. See the research tab for more information.

Contribute your perspective as a stakeholder in the autism community:

It is very important to us that we are conducting research that is aligned with the needs of the autism community. As such, we have developed a network of autistic advocates, family members, treatment and service providers, teachers, and researchers to consult on our projects throughout the research process. Members of our community network can get involved in contributing ideas for new studies, consulting on the development of studies as they are being developed, reviewing publications and presentations before they are released, and more.  If you are interested in becoming part of our community network, please reach out to Cassie Gonzales (cwgonzal@usc.edu) and/or Jonathan Tarbox (jtarbox@usc.edu) and we can give you more information on how to get involved.

We are limited in the number of research assistants we can take on, but if you are interested in getting involved as a research assistant please contact Cassie Gonzales (cwgonzal@usc.edu).  Even if we do not currently have a spot, we can add you to our list and contact you if positions become available.
