Biography
Juli Kirkpatrick has been teaching English to speakers of other languages since 1991. She has taught to different populations, but prefers the university setting. Her expertise is in assessment, teaching accent reduction and grammar and writing at the intermediate level. She has enjoyed teaching overseas in Japan and Turkey and would like to have future opportunities to do so in other parts of the world.

Summary Statement of Research Interests
I have almost 20 years experience in teaching English as a Second Language to university students and business professionals. My areas of specialization are pronunciation and grammar instruction. I currently instruct the international graduate science and technology student population in oral and written communication skills.
