I have been a member of the Department of Biological Science’s teaching faculty since 2014. Since that time, I have created an upper-division elective course called Nutritional Biochemistry (BISC 438) and a GE course called the Biology of Food (BISC 115). I am also a laboratory instructor for Molecular Biology (BISC 320) and one of the instructors of record for Biochemistry (BISC 330).
