In 1880, the USC Dana and David Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences opened its doors to a handful of eager students who had a deep desire to learn about the liberal arts and sciences, and contribute to the well-being of society. Today, USC Dornsife remains the heart of the University of Southern California, and the allegiance of our alumni, parents, friends and community continues to power the progress that has kept our institution vibrant, relevant and strong for more than 125 years.
