Calm Calamity I & II

Rojan Javaheri is a second year student at USC studying Neuroscience with a minor in Piano Performance. She currently researches Alzheimer’s Disease at USC Gerontology and leads a Neuroscience Program for high school students powered by Viterbi K-12 STEM Center. She is also an educator for caregivers and patients at the Alzheimer’s Association.

Her passion for visual art comes from the importance of storytelling. Just like a musician performs and interprets a piece written by a composer, and just as Alzheimer’s affects each person in a different way, art is another way of telling a story and conveying its emotions.
