Vision Statement
We set the vision of this office upon a time when the need for such offices has passed. To draw that day nearer, we aim to become so effective at transmitting the values and practices of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, they become indistinguishable from the day-to-day operations of USC Dornsife College of Letters, Arts & Sciences; intrinsic to every plan, project, and program; and characteristic of each institutional and interpersonal exchange. Until these signs of ultimate success announce the completion of our assignment, we fulfill our mission with humility, determination, creativity, and joy.
