Sleep
This 5-week course will introduce the stages of sleep, cover important nuances in commonly discussed sleep hygiene tips, provide you with practical tools and teach you how to keep a sleep log to identify potentially unhealthy patterns.
Mindful USC
Mindful USC seeks to empower the USC community to make positive change in the world by building a culture of mindfulness and compassion. It offers ongoing training, practice groups and special events throughout USC.
