Danny Kradjian
Danny Kradjian, as Founder and Managing Partner, leads Hillock Land Company with a commitment to deliver value to the developments the firm creates, the neighborhoods in which it works, and the investors it serves. Danny is responsible for the Company’s acquisitions and dispositions, and oversees all aspects of the development process. His practice includes examining markets and opportunities, placing debt and equity, and furthering the entitlement process, planning development, and construction oversight of the Company’s projects.
Mr. Kradjian graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Southern California, where he majored in International Relations and Global Business and minored in Entrepreneurship. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Old Pasadena Management District and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, where he is involved in the Los Angeles chapter’s Young Leader’s Group. He is a frequent guest speaker and student mentor at the University of Southern California and is a member of the Congress for the New Urbanism, the USC Associates, and USC Marshall Partners.
