About CRCC’s 2026 Economic Empowerment Series
We invite faith and community leaders within congregations, nonprofit organizations and businesses to our 2026 Economic Empowerment Series. In the face of economic uncertainty, we are focused on strategy, solidarity and sustainability.
Strategy #1 = Collaboration
Strategy #2 = Mutual Aid
Strategy #3 = Career & Workforce Development
Inspired by the Rev. Dr. Cecil Murray, for whom economic uplift was a staple focus, we believe the faith community is uniquely positioned to help families and small businesses gain access to education, resources and connection to help them strengthen economically.
Against the backdrop of shifting federal policies and current events, our sessions will equip leaders with time-tested strategies to help them uplift and bring funding to their communities.

We will recap our series and discover how to help individuals level up their work lives while also supporting the development of sustainable organizations.
