The Center for Feminist Research will support 2 – 3 graduate student working groups and/or writing groups each academic year. We accept proposals for groups that further the mission of the Center (see here).
Selected groups will be awarded $5,000 to offset the costs of gatherings, materials, and to host an event organized entirely by the working group or writing group. The selected groups must observe university guidelines regarding the spending of university funds and use of university resources.
Proposals should be a single page and include 1) whether you are proposing a working group or a writing group 2) A description of the group, its aims, and the names of four – five founding members. At least one of the founding members of the group must be a participant in the Gender and Sexuality Studies Graduate Certificate.
