Biography

Morgan is in charge of all administrative issues for both the MA and PhD programs. He is responsible for graduate admissions, academic advisement and the PhD placement of candidates. He serves as the advisor to the Economics Graduate Student Association and has been with the department since 2005. He holds a B.A. and M.A. from USC’s Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism and is currently working on his doctorate in education at UC San Diego.
