Lawrence Goodkind
Larry is a proud graduate of USC, with dual degrees in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science (class of ’84). He has worked the past 25 years for Fidelity Investments as a Vice President with responsibilities for teams and the customer experience both nationally and in the Western U.S. He has spent 35 years in the financial services industry first as a financial advisor and then in various leadership roles. He has had both strategic and tactical roles at Fidelity, ranging from hiring and developing advisors, developing and coaching leaders, to working on projects addressing how to best fulfill client needs and anticipating their needs.
He is the father of four, who’s youngest is a senior at USC. As a member of his community in Orange County, he has participated in coaching and development programs for youth and has been involved with other USC alumni functions.
As an undergraduate, Larry was president of Theta Xi Fraternity and a Vice President with the Inter- Fraternity Council. He also was a recipient of the Outstanding Senior Recognition award in 1984. Larry also met his wife of 35 years (Maryann) while they were both undergraduates at SC.
