In Mark My Words: Native Women (Re)mapping OurNations (University of Minnesota Press, 2013) Mishuana Goeman looks at how the cultural and literary productions of Native women in particular offer new opportunities for building alliances and forms of belonging that disrupt settler colonialism and gender violence.
Goeman is Vice Chair and Associate Professor of Gender Studies at the University of California, Los Angeles.
