Biographical Sketch

Samuel Steinberg is Assistant Professor of Spanish and Portuguese at USC since July 2012. His research and teaching engage modern and contemporary Latin American literature and visual culture, as well as critical theory and political thought. His recent work has appeared or is forthcoming in Revista Hispánica Moderna, Third Text, and CR: New Centennial Review. His book manuscript, Photopoetics at Tlatelolco, is under contract with University of Texas Press.
