Description of Research

Summary Statement of Research Interests

Professor Lavond's research and teaching interests are primarily in the behavioral neurosciences, specifically in behavioral neuroanatomy and recovery of function. He is particularly well known for his work on animal models of recovery of function and in localization of learning and memory.
