The USC Dornsife Department of Psychology digs into the knowledge of human behavior, applies that knowledge to human problems, and connects these findings with the broader world. Students work with faculty making exciting breakthroughs in the field and receive a “full-immersion approach” to research with faculty who guide students through the rigors of ethically minded data collection, analysis, and social science writing. And all of this takes place in the city of Los Angeles — a dense, diverse, capacious city, tailor-made for studying the human condition.
