DNA Shearing

The USC Genome Core lab has a Covaris S2 sonicator for DNA shearing. If you want to use it, please contact the Core personnel to make an appointment. If you bring your own consumables (i.e. tubes, gloves, tips, pipettes, etc.) there is no charge for using the Covaris. If you need to borrow any of such consumables, let us know
