This minor allows students to gain diverse, long-term perspectives on Los Angeles, the state of California, the west, and the United States as a whole by joining in the discovery and study of the material traces of past human activity during an archaeological excavation and/or survey on USC's campus and/or elsewhere in California. Students complete this minor through the archaeology block semester program.
