In the USC Dornsife Neuroscience program, students seek to understand the brain, nervous system, and the way these systems form thought and action. With opportunities to work in research labs and engage in studies that delve into brain function at multiple levels, students gain valuable, hands-on experience and learn how scientific knowledge is created. Coursework connects across disciplines and draws from the biological sciences as well as psychology giving students a depth of knowledge to communicate scientific ideas, apply scientific methods to experiments, and analyze and report data.
