Graduate and undergraduate education is central to our mission, preparing students for successful careers working both in academia and industry.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">There is a strong component of student governance in our Department: the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/usc-sps.webflow.io\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Society of Physics Students (SPS)<\/a>,\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dornsife.usc.edu\/uscgasp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Graduate Students in Physics (GASP)<\/strong><\/a>, and\u00a0<strong>Women in Physics (Wi<\/strong><strong>P)<\/strong>\u00a0all play important roles in student life in the Department through outreach and professional development activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n  <\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":195,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"page-content-detail.php","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-1363","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.1.1 -
