In addition, please include the same author name and bio for all submissions.<\/li>\n<li>By submitting to\u00a0<em>Palaver<\/em>, you confirm that the work is <strong>original<\/strong> <strong>to you<\/strong> and that you have the rights to it.<\/li>\n<li>By submitting, you confirm that this work was created <strong>without the assistance of AI<\/strong> (artificial intelligence), meaning the work contains no algorithmic, machine-learning, or computer-generated text, ideas, or imagery of any kind.<\/li>\n<li>By submitting, you give <em>Palaver<\/em> the <strong>right to publish <\/strong>your work, your name, and the bio you give us on our website\u2014and any other platforms where the magazine may appear\u2014 on an ongoing basis into the future. We\u2019re happy to accept flash fiction, a single short story, several short stories (so long as the author provides a common thread between them), creative nonfiction, or a single long piece.
